This Swallowtail Butterfly FSL machine embroidery design includes two distinctive wing styles: an airy cutwork version with open spaces between the wing veins and a lace-filled version featuring a delicate stitched texture. The elegant pointed tails and curved wing markings capture the recognizable shape of a swallowtail butterfly. Both styles are supplied in four sizes, making them suitable for different jewelry and decorative projects.

Stitch the butterflies on water-soluble stabilizer, rinse away the stabilizer, and allow the finished Free Standing Lace pieces to dry flat. Use them individually for lightweight earrings, necklace pendants, keychains, bag charms, or hanging decorations. For a dimensional 3D butterfly, stitch two matching pieces and join them along the body with a few hand stitches or a small amount of glue. This listing includes digital machine embroidery files only; no finished butterfly, jewelry hardware, or other physical item is included.
